Terms of service — mobile application
By downloading, installing, or using the Shri Dwarkesh Bhavan application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides devotional and informational content related to Shri Dwarkesh Bhavan, including schedules, updates, galleries, and links or embedded views to official web resources. Features may change over time with updates distributed through Google Play.
You agree not to:
Timings, utsav descriptions, images, and other materials are provided for general information. While we aim for accuracy, occasional errors or delays may occur. Official announcements may also be made at the temple or on the website; in case of discrepancy, follow official on-site guidance.
The App may display advertisements, use analytics, open external websites, or embed media from third parties (for example Google services or video providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Shreeji i-tech nor the temple’s representatives shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this site and, where appropriate, through app updates. The effective date above will be updated for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
